LM331AU-S5TR Description

The devices in this series consist of one independentsingle or dual supply voltage comparator on a singlemonolithic substrate. The common mode input voltagerange includes ground even when operated from a singlesupply, and the low power supply current drain makesthese comparators suitable for battery operation. Thesetypes were designed to directly interface with TTL andCMOS, Current drain is independent of the supplyvoltage. The outputs can be connected to other opencollector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.The LM331A, LM331B, LM331AU, LM331AU2 is onechannel version available in 5-pin SO package. Alldevices are specified for the temperature range of –40°Cto +125°C.
