ADP7118AUJZ-5.0-R7 Description

The ADP7118 is a CMOS, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator with a maximum output current of 200 mA from a 2.7 V to 20 V supply.This high input voltage LDO is suitable for regulating high performance analog and mixed-signal circuits from 20 V to 1.2 V supplies. The device features an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high supply rejection, low noise characteristics, and excellent line and load transient response performance with only a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.The ADP7118 regulator output noise is 11 μV rms, independent of fixed option output voltages of 5 V and below.The LFCSP and SOIC packages support user-programmable soft-start with an external capacitor.The ADP7118 regulator output noise is 11 μV rms, independent of fixed option output voltages of 5 V and below.
